In the infamous “kids for cash” scandal, two Pennsylvania judges took money in exchange for sending thousands of kids to privately-run detention centers, often for extremely minor offenses.

France is sending more troops, and thousands of West African soldiers are expected to arrive in coming days, to fight Islamist extremists who have seized a Malian town.

Colleges In Crisis As Enrollment Dips

Are home-based shelters really enough to hold back an F5 category tornado, which can have winds upwards of 300 miles per hour? And what about people who don’t have home-based shelters?
