Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush addresses the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012. (Jae C. Hong/AP)

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush gives a speech at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Friday night.

His changing message on immigration has been falling on deaf ears in the Republican party, which is trying to attract Latino voters after two consecutive White House defeats.

If he runs for President in 2016, can Jeb Bush avoid being weighed down by the legacies of his brother and father?

His political maneuvers come as his Mexican-American son, George P. Bush, this week filed papers to run for Texas land commissioner. (Watch his campaign video here.)

Jeb Bush has a tons of baggage. His Father and Brother. The NEW WORLD ORDER DUO. If his father continued to get rid of Saddam in the first gulf war and his son listened to Colin Powell and not attacked Iraq we would be better off today
