Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush addresses the Republican National Convention in Tampa, Fla., on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012. (Jae C. Hong/AP)

Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush gives a speech at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) Friday night.

His political maneuvers come as his Mexican-American son, George P. Bush, this week filed papers to run for Texas land commissioner. (Watch his campaign video here.)
