British Prime Minister David Cameron admitted Thursday that the country’s politicians are too close to the press, but he also denied he made any overt deals or gave a “nod and wink” to Rupert Murdoch’s newspaper to win its support.
Cameron is testifying before the Leveson Inquiry into media standards which was spurred by the phone hacking scandal involving a Murdoch-owned newspaper.
