British Medical Association Calls For Ban On Smoking In Cars

The British Medical Association is calling for a total ban on smoking in cars, releasing new research that shows that the level of toxins in cars where people are smoking is 23 times higher than levels in a smoky bar.

Britain is already considering a ban on smoking in cars when kids are present, but the BMA says that should be extended.

    I wish the rule should be that if you smoke in your car, you have to have the windows rolled up and dispose of the butt in your car’s ashtray.   If you don’t want to smell it, we don’t either.

    Are parents allowed to lace their kids’ food with poisons?
    Then why should they be allowed to smoke in ANY enclosed space (windows open or not) where others are present?
