College Football Players Disqualified By Concussions Are Recruited Back

The NCAA leaves it up to its schools to come up with rules on when a player should be permanently prohibited from playing because of concussions.

According to an investigation by STAT, that has created a murky system that can allow players disqualified at one school to move to another and play.

Here & Now’s Jeremy Hobson speaks with David Armstrong, who conducted the investigation.
