Doctors are overwhelmed and under-supplied as they try to deal with the carnage of the 18-month civil war in Syria. Some hospitals are even relying on veterinarians to treated the wounded.
The BBC’s Ian Pannell visited a hospital in Aleppo that activists say has been the target of attacks by the Syrian military.
