New Voting Laws Bring Legal Challenges And Questions Ahead Of November

This week, Democrats in Ohio went to court over the state’s early voting laws, which they contend will suppress turnout.

The rules determine how and when people can vote before election day.

In Pennsylvania, a judge refused to grant an injunction on a law requiring voters to have an ID.
