Who’s In Charge In Egypt?

It’s hard to tell who holds the reins in Egypt after the newly elected president Sunday ordered that parliament be reconvened, after the high court recently dissolved it.

On Monday the Supreme Constitutional Court met to discuss Morsi’s surprise decision.

The International Energy Agency is warning that unless nations take urgent action to reduce carbon dioxide levels, average temperatures on the earth could rise by more than nine degrees Fahrenheit.
