Taxes, Penalties And The Affordable Care Act

President Obama and Mitt Romney seldom see eye to eye — but on an aspect of the debate over healthcare, they agree. If someone does not buy health insurance, they will pay a penalty. Republicans say it’s a tax — but to the President and to Gov. Romney, it’s a penalty.

    The court said it could fit in the tax code but did not say it was not a tax.

    Another scam by the ruling elite using their dupes in Congress to impose a “tax” or a fee or a penalty or whatever you wish to name it. A transfer of money from the working classs to the ruling class.

    Shame on the parasites of Congress. Hopefully come November, those who decide to cast their vote will oust you from your cushy positions from inside the  Beltway.
