Nokia Flees Romania For China

In September of 2008, the cell phone giant Nokia moved its assembly plant from Germany to Romania. But now, thanks to global restructuring and cutbacks, the Finnish phone company is pulling out and moving to China. The BBC’s Nick Thorpe reports from Cluj, Romania.
