New Wave Of Violence Sweeps Iraq

A new wave of violence ripped through more than a dozen Iraqi cities from the North to the South today, killing nearly 60 people. It’s more evidence of what the Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction, Stuart Bowen, said in a recent report. Bowen says that Iraq is more dangerous than it was a year ago.

    Iraq has to learn to take care of itself. We were never supposed to be in that miserable rabbit hole in the first place. Our economy cannot sustain this misery. We need to bring our people out of Iraq and Afghanistan, now.
