Thin Green Beans with Meyer Lemon and Roasted Chestnuts (Kevin Sullivan)

Thin Green Beans with Meyer Lemon and Roasted Chestnuts (Kevin Sullivan)

While the turkey is the centerpiece of most Thanksgiving Day tables, Here & Now resident chef, Kathy Gunst, says it’s the side dishes that rule!  Especially when you make them the way she does. We asked listeners to submit their Thanksgiving cooking quandaries, and Kathy came in with some answers. We welcome comments from all of our listeners. Post below. Please stay on topic and be civil. Comments may be moderated by us, but you are solely responsible for the content of your comments.
