Strip technology out of your classroom, put your lecture online, or make it a podcast, so you can really use that precious face to face time in class to teach. And Mark Bauerlein says that the tenure system is forcing young professors to write studies without giving them time to think. He says focus back on teaching by rewarding good teachers. Bauerlein is professor of English at Emory University.
